I'm Penelope, and I'm ready to give you all my love! I'm a happy pup and am so glad to be in a loving foster home! I had a rough start in life, but I've learned that the world isn't so scary after all! I've discovered some of the best things that life has to offer: cuddles, walks, playing with toys, sunbathing, and playing with other pups (especially the little guys!)

I'm approximately 3 years old and a perfectly petite 35 pounds. Perhaps you've noticed I have a lot of photos with my tongue out. Well, it's because I'm missing some teeth. But I have no issues eating, and I've been told it adds to my charm! 

My foster mom says she's proud of how far I've come in such a short amount of time. I've learned my cues and how to potty outside. I'm good at not getting into mischief—my foster mom even trusts me to roam the house when she's gone.  

I've been told I'm pretty perfect, but I think you should see for yourself! I would do best in a home with another confident dog who I can continue to learn from, but it's also ok if I'm the only dog.
