Well helloooo there, I'm Poppy!

I thought I'd just "pop" in to tell you a little about myself.  I am sure glad to be out of the scary shelter and into a loving foster home! My foster mom says I'm a "Sweet, lovable, and wonderful" dog. Wow, what a compliment! I just want all of the love and all of the pets. Here's some things to know about me:

• I'm about 8 years old and the perfect petite size of 35 pounds.
• I'm completely potty-trained and am learning my manners (I catch on quickly!)
• The crate isn't my favorite, but I'm learning it's a safe space. I sleep peacefully through the night.
• I think it's so fun to chase squirrels!
• I would be fine as an only dog or with a buddy who is low-key and chill.

My beautiful cinnamon coat is coming back in nicely after having a (non-contagious) skin condition. I will look my very best when we meet! Let's get that going, shall we? Hope to hear from you soon!
