Meet Maggie! She was pulled from the shelter after being found as a stray. She is the sweetest senior pup who knows her way around the house. She is a confident and happy dog. She marches around her foster home like she has been there for years. 

Maggie has some thyroid issues which caused weight gain and skin issues. They are both being treated and she is coming along nicely, she has even lost over 20 lbs! She loves to show off her new found energy by climbing on the couch to take a nice long nap. 

She gets along great with other dogs and will play with them after she gets to know them. Her younger foster siblings love to boss her around. She is good with cats unless they get out of line, she will attempt to set them straight....but she usually ignores them and watches them from her spot on the couch. 

Maggie is the goodest girl—she rides well in the car and while she likes her crate, she can be trusted to free range. Most of her hair has grown back and her skin is getting better. She is undergoing weekly, medicated baths to help keep with her skin and taking some OTC allergy meds.
