We welcomed this sweet girl from a small, rural shelter after they found her on the streets... 

Hi, I'm Maisy, a 1 year old hound/lab mix with the sweetest personality to match my adorable face. If you are looking for a loyal companion who will show you so much love, look no further!

 

Here are a few things you should know about me. I am potty trained, crate trained and know basic commands like sit and come here, and I am currently working on stay. I am very food motivated so with a little practice you could teach me to do so much more! I also have great leash manners. I've mastered loose leash walking and trot right next to your side. I absolutely love being
outdoors so I'm hoping to find an active family that will take me on lots of walks and adventures.

 

I am a big playful puppy at heart. I love to play with my 5 foster siblings and romp around both inside and outside. One of my favorite spots is at the top of the steps of the back porch where I sit quietly and just take in the scenery. For this reason, my ideal family would have another playful pup around my size and/or a yard for me to run and play. I would be ok as an only dog if my human
gives me lots of love and attention and keeps me active. I also have lots of toys that keep me busy during the day and I unwind at night cuddled up on the couch where me and my foster family watch tv (yes, I watch too - my foster mom can share the videos!)


My foster mom describes me as extremely sweet and well behaved. She constantly tells me I'm such a good girl and there is a lucky family out there for me to call my own. If I sound like the perfect addition to your family, please complete an adoption application and I will see you soon!
