Koda and his brother, Scout, were found on the streets roaming alone as two young pups. We brought them into the rescue and they are on their way to living fulfilling lives. These two boys have obviously had a rough start to life as they have abrasions on their backs (we think these may be due to them having been burned). You can see that this does not stop them from being the fun-loving pups that they are. Koda is a super sweet puppy. Given his start in life and the circumstances he was found, he is doing amazingly well. He has really started to trust people and is even approaching people he’s never met before. He loves toys but prefers to play with other dogs so having a canine sibling would be beneficial.  

Koda is learning his manners and very eager to please.  He is treat motivated and does well with one on one learning. Koda sleeps in a kennel and has never had an accident in there. He is house trained as long as he is allowed to go out to potty several times a day. Koda enjoys playing outdoors but prefers to be with his friends or human. He does not like being outside alone. Koda is still very much a puppy and will chew on things that are accessible to him. He has not chewed any furniture or shown any destructive behavior. As with all puppies, they are working on learning their basic commands. Koda is a super sweet puppy and will bring joy to any family he joins. We think these guys will grow to a medium/large build. As of 01/13/2019 they were about 30 pounds.  We estimate they were born around July 2018.
