This little guy is Stanley, or Stan the Man, as we call him! Here are some must knows about Stanley!

-Stanley is good with dogs of all ages, even older ones. We have a 16 year old lab and a 6 year old lab. Stanley has never once jumped on our older lab, but he loves playing with our younger one. We haven’t had him around a cat though.

-Stanley loves kids, especially the little ones. He’s very patient when our 2 year old tries to “hold” him. He loves giving kisses.

-Stanley loves to snuggle. If you sit on the floor, he will find his way into you lap, whether you like it or not

-What Stanley is missing in legs, he makes up for in personality!!! He’s loves to run and play.

-Like his foster parents, Stanley’s favorite pastimes involve food and sleep! Stanley is crate trained and is on a pretty good morning and night food schedule.

-After a few weeks of trying, and lots of cheering, Stanely can now navigate the stairs!

Stanley really is just the sweetest little guy. He would be a great addition to a lucky family!

We estimate Stanley was born around May 2018.  We welcomed him from a local shelter after he had arrived as a stray with a badly broken and infected leg.  We rushed him to the vet and he had to have his leg amputated as the infection was threatening his life.  He's made a full recovery and is now a happy, playful pup!
