Hi!

My name is Gracie and I have had quite the journey...life on the streets was tough, especially as I had an embedded collar.  Then one day a nice lady started bringing food to my street dog friend and me.  At first I was shy but then I started wagging my tail and running up whenever I saw her!  I still wouldn't let her pet me though so she asked TSDP to help rescue me from the streets and eventually I cooperated...wish I would have done so sooner as life is so much better these days!  They rushed me to the vet and removed the embedded collar and got me all fixed up and now I'm feeling great and loving life!

I'm a sweet and gentle girl and am in a foster home with people who love me as well as other dogs and even a kitten.  I can be a little shy when meeting new people and when in new places so am happiest at home with those I know and love.  So if you're looking for a loyal companion to keep you company, I hope you'll give me a chance!
